Epsicon Traffic Management undertook works on the Palmers Road, Dohertys Road and Leakes Road sections as part of this project.  This upgrade was one of the major milestone projects completed for MRPV. Our works were carried out under two of the major Civil Contractors who were allocated to this project. Epsicon Traffic Management facilitated works by providing staff and equipment daily. This was to assist the contractor with traffic management for rectifications, guardrail installations, inspections, and managing general works.
